Lip service with convoluted gangs

Masked elders on cold shoulder damn

'Our' fatigued future soaked in many dams

''Their'' flourishing robes speak on the wealth of Persia

The uneducated are strung on laser

Education is more costly than the vines of Russia!

While the shenanigans mask every shatter

Dengue denials spite every naked truth

Blind men aren't blind to the tooth

Even the deaf hears the bomb shoot!

''These'' shenanigans…mock our very roots!

Hangers of pain

Slush a certain reign

Moments shared becomes pain

Abattoirs of memories

Before i move ahead to have a glimpse of what your future should be child...I've turned many nuggets trying to give you the best gift a father could give to his child. And I've discovered that morals and kind words are my deepest desire to leave for you..my child never forget that

2 lies will never win peace, it could temporarily but never absolutely

3 respect is the road to success

4 never underestimate the changing powers of a Godly woman

When i sit out and wonder, how is the world turning into chaos, we saw that less fathers were talking to their children and mothers are depending on cooked nannies. Love God first then your family and never look back on the world. Matters of the heart shouldn't sleep longer than it would. ..never trust men who don't keep to time, never trust people who court you with soft words

Known the story of menial vultures

Following the deep crypt of culture

Determined to succeed or rupture

Great men begging today as vultures

Sweats, shoes threadbare and the mind rupture

The world look up to him as their acupuncture!

The burden of such weight stings a puncture

Pains overcome his mind into seizures

What will tomorrow say to his picture?

A path for all to follow at a juncture

I wish great men's pains passes analgesic in a tincture

Their past doesn’t easily rupture

Their dreams finally shine in a figure

And were never marred by irrelevant inveigh of inure!

A DAY BEFORE WORLD HUNGER DAY

Sitting on the sofa tuning my face book channels snarled a bland life into a fierce living, memories of sauntered years came assailing me! Have I really been living? Or just existing? Watching the sun rise and fall? Awakening every new month to herald people that blare happy new month text.

          It seems I have forgotten those days where I needed do assignments just to live

Have not forgotten those days where I needed to scurry before I eat

Have never forgotten that day that my own friend asked for his shoes in the presence of the whole class after excusing the lecturer!

How can I forget? Those days where I had to wear 2 pairs of trouser for the whole year!

If I forget this…those days of filling your stomach over insults!

          This memories lull me from fantasy to illusion…did I really live those days? Or existed through them?

The lull and shine now clears every rigor that yesterday had struck me with, if I write this letters today, am remembering those people around the world, who can't afford a meal, but are as brilliant as me!

LEADERSHIP AND OPPOSITION MANACLES

I've been trying seriously to stay above some of the confusion around my state, Akwa Ibom being my first love above other states in Nigeria, but this one am utterly tired of accusing myself for being quiet! My governor has been very fond of confusing both his accusers and his followers in a miasma of projects, and plethora of missing monuments of identification, recently a good friend of mine who had been visiting our house has lost touch with were the mango tree was which is now replaced with beautiful street lights powered by nature! Am sure most of his detractors may have missed their directions after spending some weeks outside the state.

My lovely state keeps revolving around ecclesiastical feats and magnanimous drama ranging from the opposition calling the erudite 5 star hotel and conference centre an abode of sin! Not shocking enough are other recreational facilities like the Tropicana cinematography complex a master art of corrupted delusion!

Times the opposition in Nigeria makes many sick and others very ecstatic over varied topics, we should be asking some pertinent questions so that we don't create a monster and indemnify it an angel! When did development become a white corrupted elephant project? When did the sea port at Ibaka become a collateral misadventure?  And whosoever that attacks the government just for the purpose of taking over ever had been better than the former?.

Many issues abound and this opposition forgets that the failure of government is the failure of all its citizens because it's citizens are human and they are not ruled by malevolent spirits! But by humans who are neither perfect nor correct! We as citizens should stop ogling with fanatic fantasy while the festered issue remains leprous and untouched, also the media houses should also be very careful on sone projected issues pouring out of its orifice, yes! It may make the headlines, it may even break box office records! It may even be most misguided for the realist and the unenlightened!

The sphere of political chasm must be arrested before the opposition will erase reality with hate and ecstatic fantasy of malevolent citizens who mean Ill because to them every leader is a potential loiter and a mindless corrupt bot that doesn't even care for the public...but they never see the hidden hand profiteering from our loss and that of our country that will never allow fixed pipes to remain sealed! This makes leadership in today Nigeria a search for utopia, and every politician is viewed in the spectacles of a biased magnifying glass where a speck becomes a mountain! And argumentum ad populum blames everyone that has a political coat minted on the saddles of leadership!

Humans are the hardest specie and democracy admonishes us to speak up both good and vile, education makes it worse, where an illiterate can never teach a proffesor! Leadership is never meant for babies and a call to action is imminent for everyone to look deeper into the sacred faucets of leadership and choose a man who above all values the ethics of a community more than a demeaning lifestyle.

Leadership is not a cake walk, before you criticize...have you ever lead before? ?? If you haven't lead before how can you know the rigors to leading different languages who never understand their boundaries?
